Simple hip flexor and quad stretch

Instructions:

Kneel with one knee on the BOSU, the other leg should be in front of you, knee bent at a ninety degree angle, foot flat on the floor. Put your hands on your hips and slowly push your hips forward until you feel a stretch through your hip flexor and quad. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds and then switch sides.
